Forms and Documents
When you apply for exchange studies at VAMK, please use the following forms. Please, be exact when filling in the application forms and if possible, type information out:
Attached to these documents, we will also need your CV and Extract of Study Register from your own institution, in addition to possible other documents according to your own institution's criteria. International coordinator at your home institution will help you in the application process.
Application Deadlines for Academic Year 2012-2013
- Autumn Semester 2012: applications before the end of May 2012
- Spring Semester 2013: applications before the end of October 2012
Pick-up Service
International Office in cooperation with student tutors organize pick up service for incoming exchange students. In order to arrange it we need to have your request at least two weeks before arrival. Please note, the pick-up service is only for exchange students (Erasmus, bilateral etc.), not for degree students. Please fill out the request form and send it by email to international@puv.fi.
