Prima Power International Marketing Challenge (PPIMC 2016)

Prima Power, a global manufacturing company, is constantly looking for innovations and the purpose of PPIMC 2016 is to develop new marketing concepts for Prima Power products and services. It is expected that students will generate groundbreaking and creative ideas that will be further developed and integrated worldwide. Expected outcome may comprise new marketing concepts, new marketing techniques and / or strategies. Students should concentrate on using innovative marketing techniques and try avoiding traditional and old-fashioned marketing methods. Prima Power is a global manufacturing company and students should take into consideration cultural aspects as well as consumer behavior.

The key 3 topics for PPIMC 2016 are the following:

  • Topic 1. Promotion of Remote Machine Care services (Advertising campaign & internal marketing)
  • Topic 2. Promotion of Advanced Online & Analytics customer services (Marketing concept & advertising campaign)
  • Topic 3. Promotion of Prima Power Shear Genius as a state-of-the-art (Marketing concept & advertising campaign)

Team Composition

All students are eligible for participating in PPIMC 2016, however it is desirable if a participant has some
marketing background and / or experience. Each team is self-selected and should comprise 2 – 3
students.

Awards

  • 1st prize – 3000 EUR
  • 2nd prize – 1500 EUR
  • 3rd prize – 1000 EUR
  • Special award – 1000 EUR + possibility to continue working in prototype design phase
