News from Ukraine may cause anxiety and raise concerns and fear in all of us. How can we take care of our wellbeing in this situation?

  • It is good to stay informed, but you might want to limit your media use, especially if the news stream provokes anxiety.
  • Make sure you follow the news from a reliable source. There is a lot of false or distorted information circulating, too.
  • Stick to your daily routines. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.
  • Do things that normally bring you joy.
  • Remember that we're safe, even though the situation may cause distress.
  • It is natural to react in different ways. Do not try to deny your feelings. Don't be alone, talk with a friend, a loved one, or other trusted person.

Below is a list of support available in English.
