Learning Objectives

The course is aimed at students who wish to extend their existing knowledge of the Finnish language. It equips the students with the necessary communicative skills to be able to cope in Finnish in various situations both in the work place and socially.

Contents

Revision of basic vocabulary and structures, supplementary words and phrases with emphasis on everyday situations, specialised professional vocabulary of the students’ own field of study.

Previous Knowledge

Finnish for Foreigners (3-credit unit basic course) or equivalent
