The objective of the Degree Programme in Electrical Engineeringis to give students the necessary skills to perform planning, research, production, marketing, and research and development tasks in the field of electrical engineering and automation.

Graduates from this degree programme have competence in the following fields:

Occupational Profiles

Electrical engineers work, for example, in the planning, commissioning and managerial duties of electrification and automation projects, as well as in research, production and marketing duties.

The Degree Programme in Electrical Engineering Has Two Specialisation Options

Distribution of Electric Power: General power-distribution networks and their protection, electricity supply automation, the electrical wiring designs for buildings, building automation and telecommunication systems for properties.

Industrial Systems for Electric Energy Systems and Automation: Power distribution networks for industry and power plants, electric motor drives and their adjustment, industrial control systems, the selection and design of instruments and process application programming.
