HELMET, Higher Education and Labour Market for the Environment

The project's aim is to benchmark Finnish and Scottish knowledge on how the academic institutions can correspond to the need of labour markets. The activities of the projects are:

1) To analyse labour market situation and employers' needs in the field of Environmental Engineering and Management (EEM) in East Ukraine
2) To modernise curricula in EEM at KSAME in order to ensure course relevance to employers needs
3) To establish a Careers Advisory Centre at KSAME

Overall Budget: 655 000 eur, of which TEMPUS support 440 500 eur and VAMK's share 30%.
