Unit for Study Affairs
The planning, implementation and development of all study affairs at VAMK are the responsibility of the Unit for Study Affairs, which is led by the Vice-rector. The unit’s field of activity is comprised of student affairs office, career and recruitment services, student financial aid affairs, tasks related to the joint application system, statistical and follow-up information on students for the authorities, planning of academic schedules, international affairs as well as property and safety services.
Unit for Pedagogical Development
The Unit for Pedagogical Development is responsible for development of tuition, Open University of Applied Sciences as well as library and information services through Tritonia, the academic library shared by all institutions of higher education in Vaasa. The unit is led by the Director of Education.
Unit for RDI
The Unit for RDI of VAMK University of Applied Sciences is responsible for coordination of research, development and innovation activities. The unit is led by the Director of RDI.
Administrative Unit
The Administrative Unit of VAMK University of Applied Sciences is responsible for VAMK’s personnel and financial management, information and marketing services, coordination of quality affairs as well as information systems services. The unit is led by the Director of Administration.
